Preparando todo para la fabricación de periféricos!
En grupo chasis estamos ya listos para empezar con el fresado de los moldes y así poder proceder a la fabricación del volante, asiento, morro, reposacabezas, etc. Aunque sean elementos periféricos del coche son de gran importancia ya que hay que cuidar al máximo hasta el mínimo detalle.
El objetivo es reducir al máximo el peso, optimizando los diseños. Para ello nos estamos peleando con el programa de cálculo de elementos finitos “ANSYS” y podemos afirmar que los resultados están siendo satisfactorios. Para lograr la máxima ligereza estamos inorporando materiales como la fibra de carbono en estos elementos.
Estamos esperanzados de tener un coche ligero, digno de admirar en cuanto a diseños y competente. Os iremos actualizando el progreso con fotos de las piezas una vez estén ya fabricadas.
Form Chassis group, we are ready to start milling the molds so we can proceed to manufacture the steering wheel , seat, nose , headrests, etc. Although they are peripheral elements of the car, they are so important that we should care almost every detail.
The aim is to minimize the weight , optimizing our designs. To achieve this, we are fighting with the finite element program " ANSYS " and we can produly say that the results are satisfactory. On the other hand,they are elements in contact with the pilot we are looking for the best methods to achieve a great finish.
We hope to get a lightweight car, with an admirable design and competent. We will keep updating our progress with photos of the pieces once they are already manufactured .
