Un nuevo cartel en el taller: “Atención: Alto Voltaje”
A partir de ahora comienza la parte ardua y peligrosa del grupo eléctrico. Con los guantes en mano, comenzamos a trabajar con 260 celdas que serán el corazón de nuestro nuevo monoplaza y que darán vida a nuestro Accumulator Container.
Tras recibir el pedido de celdas, las hemos clasificado estratégicamente mediante un algoritmo matemático para su posterior emparejamiento, teniendo en cuenta las características individuales de cada celda como son la impedancia interna, capacidad, etc. De esta forma, optimizamos nuestro almacenamiento de energía de forma efectiva, obteniendo el rendimiento máximo de nuestras baterías.
Pero esto no ha hecho más que empezar, todavía quedan más tardes largas de trabajo. En estos momentos, nos disponemos a montar nuestro primer pack, que será seguido de los 5 restantes. Así, poco a poco y trabajando codo con codo con el grupo transmisión, nuestro nuevo Accumulator Container cobrará vida.
Por ello, hace poco apareció un amarillo cartel en nuestras áreas de trabajo. Un cartel que inspira peligro y esperanza al mismo tiempo. “DANGER: High Voltage”.

Just after receiving our cells order, we have classified them strategically thanks to a mathematical algorithmic to later matching them up, taking into account the individual characteristics of each cell, such as its capacity, internal impedance, etc. Thanks to this, we are able to optimize our energy source in a really effective way, so that we achieve the highest performance of our batteries.
But this is just about to start, they are already lot of working evenings left. Right at
this moment, we are about to set up our first pack, which will be followed by 5 more. Thus, step by step and working side by side with drivetrain group, our new Accumulator Container will become alive.
As a result, not long ago, a yellow sign appeared in our facilities. A sing that inspires both, worry and hope. “DANGER: High Voltage”.
