AFTER DESIGNS, MANUFACTURE BEGINS

El año 2017 acaba de empezar y en el grupo Drivetrain ya estamos manos a la obra laminando el Accumulator Container que albergará las baterías de nuestro coche. Solo nos queda ultimar unos detalles de cara a tenerlo listo. Este Accumulator tiene que cumplir unos requisitos estructurales y de diseño exigentes, tales como resistir 2,2 t de fuerza en el plano horizontal o ser ignifugo de cara a tener un coche seguro. 

 

Por otro lado, ya hemos recibido los pernos y los engranajes de la reductora y estamos a la espera del resto de las piezas para que podamos comenzar con el montaje.

 

 

 

Para cuando os deis cuenta, tendremos todo el conjunto Drivetrain montado y de mientras, os iremos informando de nuestros avances.

 

2017 has just started and we are laminating the Accumulator Container which will be the enclosure of our batteries. We are about to finish it, just brush-up some small details. Our accumulator has to fullfil some strict requirements, for instance, be fireproof or be able to withstand 2,2t in order to manufacture a safe car.

 

Furthermore, we have already received the pin shafts and the gears of the reduction gearbox and we are eager to receive the rest of the parts so as to start assembling the drivetrain.

 

 

By the time you realise, we will have assembled the whole Drivetrain. Meanwhile, we will keep you updated.
