How to be a good member of Chassis & Aerodynamics
Esta semana os traemos una nueva noticia de la mano del grupo chasssi&aerodynamics. Han querido compartir algunas de las precauciones que toman a la hora de trabajar, y las anécdotas que han vivido para desarrollar sus propias normas del buen miembro.
El grupo Chassis & Aerodynamics se caracteriza por ser el grupo que mas trabaja con las manos. Sus labores van desde laminar carbono hasta cortar y soldar perfiles de acero. Por ello, a cada generación de nuevos integrantes del grupo, se les enseña las 3 normas básicas del grupo:
“Por favor, antes de tocar la fibra de carbono ponte guantes, no lo hagas por ti, hazlo por la fibra”
Esto es debido a que cada vez que tocamos la resina con los dedos descubiertos, se nos esta pegando la resina a la mano lo que hará que el carbono tenga menos adherencia.
“El numero de horas trabajas, es igual al numero de astillas de carbono en las manos multiplicado por las manchas de resina en la ropa”
Teorema científico para el cálculo del trabajo dentro del grupo.
“ Cuando realices la mezcla de resina y catalizador, debes mezclarlos hasta que se te canse el brazo, y 5 minutos mas”
Esto es para concienciar a los nuevos que deben mezclar bien los productos para evitar posteriores imperfecciones en las piezas.

They want to share some of the cares they take while they are working, and the anecdotes they have lived to develop their own rules of been a good member. Chassis & aerodynamics group is knwon for the amount of work they make with their hands. Their work goes from rolling carbon, to cutting and welding steel profiles. For this reason, each generation of new members of the group, learnsthe 3 basic rules of the group;
"Please, you should wear globes before touching carbon fiber, don´tdo it for yourself, do it for fiber"
This is because every time we touch the carbon fiber with the fingers, we are sticking the resin to the hand which will make the carbon have less adhesion.
"The number of hours worked, are equal to the number of carbon chips in the hands multiplied by the resin stains on the clothes”
Scientific theorem for the calculation of the work inside the group.
"When you are making the mixture of resin and catalyst, you should mix them until you get the arm tired, and 5 minutes more"
This is to make new people aware that they should mix the products well to avoid subsequent imperfections in the pieces.
