Cost in progress
La temporada avanza. Estamos ya a principios de abril y la fabricación está en su fase final. El testing está cerca y además de todo esto no debemos olvidar las pruebas estáticas y en estas líneas os actualizaremos sobre el estado actual del Cost. Parece que fue ayer cuando presentamos el Cost en Barcelona y ya estamos terminando la documentación de esta nueva temporada.
Ya en diciembre comenzamos a reunirnos y enfocar la temporada del Cost. Vistos los puntos fuertes y débiles de nuestro equipo comenzamos a trabajar un año más. Desde el principio de la fabricación hemos documentado nuestros pasos. Primero comenzamos con el Supporting File esperando a la plantilla del BOM. Una vez recibimos la plantilla del BOM todos nuestros esfuerzos se han centrado en añadir cada componente del coche a la lista. Una vez rellenado el BOM procederemos a costear las partes exigidas por la competición y seguiremos formándonos con el fin de mejorar la presentación.
The season keeps moving forward. It is now april and fabrication time is nearly over. Testing is getting closer and we should not forget static events and in these lines we will inform you about the cost situation. It seems it was yesterday when we presented the Cost in Barcelona and we are now finishing the documentation for this new season.
In December we began to meet and focus on the Cost season. Seen the strengths and weaknesses of our team we started to work one more year. From the beginning of manufacturing we have documented our steps. First, we started with the Supporting File waiting for the BOM template. Once we received the BOM template all our efforts have focused on adding each component of the car to the list. Once the BOM is completed, we will proceed to cost the parts required by the competition and we will continue to learn in order to improve the presentation.
Apirilaren erdialdean gaude jada, fabrikazio prozesuaren azken txanpan testing garaia noiz hasiko zain. Denboraldia aurrera joan ahala proba estatikoek taldeko kideen gero eta arreta gehiago izaten dute, Cost deituriko frogak besteak beste. Badirudi atzo izan zela Cost-eko proba egin genuen eguna, baina egia esan,dagoeneko denboraldi honetako dokumentuak amaitzen gabiltza.
Abenduan hasi ginen gutxi gorabehera biltzarrak egiten denboraldi honetan Cost proba nola enfokatu erabakitze aldera, eta bertan gure indarguneak eta puntu ahulak aztertu genituen hauek lokalizatuak izanda estrategia bat finkatzeko. Bestalde, fabrikazio garaian guztia ondo dokumentatzen zela ziurtatzeaz arduratu gara. Dokumentuei dagokionez, lehenengo Supporting File izeneko dokumentuari ekin genion BOM dokumentuaren plantila noiz iritsiko zain. Behin BOM dokumentuaren plantila lortuta, kotxeko zati bakoitza plantilan gehitzeari ekin diogu buru belarri, eta gure asmoa, BOM plantilarekin amaitzean, lehiaketak eskaturiko zati ezberdinen kostuen analisia egitea eta lehiaketarako entrenatzea da bertan emaitzarik onenak lortu ahal izateko.
