Organization group ¿What do we do?
We have been coordinating many different activities in the Organization group such as organizing the recruitment of new members. This is a crucial period which not only inspires the new generations, but also allows us to give the Project more visibility and therefore ensure that it continues alive in order to keep on overcoming new challenges.
The students interested in joining Formula Student Bizkaia have to pass a simple process of signing up and presenting themselves in a short interview. After, depending on the vacancies we select a number of them and they become part of the team. These rookies receive several training sessions and knowledge to begin working on the corresponding vehicle parts as soon as posible.
Moreover, we have started to plan the Driving Bilbao event which will take place on Saturday 27th of March. We have established testing days so as to make sure that the FSB2021 is ready for this date where it will complete a small tour around the city centre.
In addition, we are preparing another important day which is the Rollout evento. Although there is still quite a lot of time ahead of us, as it will be held in July, it is a moment that we are all eager for it to arrive. On this day, we officially present all the work carried out by the team during the season to our supporting institutions and sponsors, as well as to the curious people who come up to us to meet us. All in all, however, it is a special day because we know that we are ready to compete.
Antolakuntza taldean hainbat jarduera egiten ditugu, hala nola kontratazio fasea koordinatzea. Atal hau oso garrantzitsua da proiektuaren berri zabaltzeko, belaunaldi berriak inspiratzeko eta taldearen jarraitasuna ahalbidetzeko. Taldeak, urtero, erronka berriei aurre egiten die eta beti gainditzen ditugu.
Balizko kideek egin behar duten prozesua sinplea da, izena eman besterik ez dute egin behar eta gero haiekin elkarrizketa bat antolatuko dugu haiek ezagutzeko. Hortik aurrera, taldean sartzen diren pertsonak, eta gure eguneroko lanan integratzen dira. Pertsona berriek entrenamendu desberdinak jasotzen dituzte autoaren dagozkien multzoekin lehenbailehen lanean hasi ahal izateko.
Bestalde, martxoaren 27an, larunbatean, ospatuko den Driving Bilbao ekitaldia antolatzen hasi gara. Horretarako, FSB2021arekin irteera batzuk antolatu ditugu probak egiteko eta hiriko kaleetan zehar ibiliko garen ekitaldi honetarako dena prest dagoela ziurtatzeko.
Beste gertakari garrantzitsu batzuetan ere ari gara lanean, hala nola Rollout-ean. Uztailaren hasieran ospatuko da eta denbora asko falta arren, guztiok espero dugun data da. Egun horretan, denboraldian zehar egindako talde osoaren lanaren fruitua ofizialki aurkezten zaie bai laguntzen gaituzten erakundeei eta babesleei, bai etortzen diren kuriosoei. Hala ere, momentu berezia da, badakigulako lehiaketara joateko prest gaudela.
En el grupo de Organización nos hemos dedicado a diversas actividades como a coordinar la etapa de captación. Este periodo es muy importante para difundir el proyecto, inspirar a las nuevas generaciones y permitir la continuidad del equipo, que cada año se enfrenta a nuevos retos pero siempre los supera con creces.
El proceso por el cual deben pasar los potenciales miembros es sencillo, tan solo tienen que apuntarse y después concertamos una entrevista con ellos con el fin de conocerlos. A partir de ahí, según las plazas disponibles se seleccionan y se integran en nuestro día a día. Estos rookies reciben varias formaciones para poder comenzar a trabajar lo antes posible con los correspondientes conjuntos del monoplaza.
Por otro lado, nos hemos puesto en marcha para organizar el evento del Driving Bilbao de este año que tendrá lugar el sábado 27 de marzo. Para ello, hemos planificado una serie de salidas con el FSB2021 para realizar testing y asegurarnos de que esté todo listo para dicho acontecimiento en el cual recorreremos las calles de la ciudad.
Asimismo, estamos trabajando en otros eventos importantes como el Rollout. A pesar de que queda bastante tiempo todavía pues se celebrará a principios de julio, es una fecha que todos esperamos con muchas ganas. En este día, se presenta de manera oficial el fruto del trabajo de todo el equipo realizado durante la temporada tanto a las instituciones y patrocinadores que nos apoyan como a los curiosos que se acercan a conocernos. No obstante, se trata de un momento especial porque sabemos que estamos preparados para ir a competición.
